If you enjoy my photos and would like to purchase some, I want to thank you! Simply visit my Zazzle online shop and browse the product offerings. If there’s a photo you would like to purchase but don’t see it in my shop, please contact me by using the Contact form at the bottom of my home page and let me know which photos you are interested in purchasing, and in what format / medium.
I’m writing this short post today to let everybody know that I’ve finally taken the plunge and created my own Facebook fan page for my photography work.
I’d love for you to like my page and if you have a fan page too, please let me know so I can like it in return.
After you click Like, please take the time to click on the Liked button, then check both the Show in Newsfeed and View Notifications options, to make sure you receive Facebook updates as I publish them. Facebook keeps changing their settings and their newest thing is to prevent people who like pages from seeing these page posts in their newsfeed. Nice…
I also have a quick question about Pinterest. If you’re a photographer, do you have a Pinterest account you use to pin your own photos? Or if you’re a big Pinterest fan, would you see value in someone like me pinning my photos to share with others? I would think Pinterest would be a great venue since it’s such a visual experience but I haven’t signed up yet. Would you mind sharing your input?
Thank you very much for your time and your Likes!
Pinterest is one social media site I’m not signed up for (phew!), but it would seem a good fit for a photographer. Not sure how much more work would be involved with it.
I’m not sure of the work either, especially since I’d have to pin my previous posts. But I’m guessing it can’t be worse than setting up a Facebook page, right? 😉
I’m guessing it’s easier!
I’ll let you know when I take the plunge!
