I thought I’d stick to animals for this photo challenge. Here are a few examples of animals standing on their own among nature. Enjoy!
One proud white great egret.
One red-tailed hawk thinking about his next meal.
One fat squirrel, who could be the red-tailed hawk’s next meal…
One stunning blue Stellar jay bird.
One monarch caterpillar munching on milkweed.
One little crab camouflaged in the sand on the beach.
One red ladybug who’s not so grouchy.
One lonely seagull hoping to snatch a good lunch.
I want to be that seagull right now. 🙂
Best spot at the beach! And you’d be stealing people junk food every single day. Best freeloader opportunity!
Of course, it WOULD be covered in sand. I may have to rethink this. 😉
Nope, because you’d be snatching it right out of their hands! Plus I’m pretty sure seagulls don’t care about eating a little sand.
Interesting water reflections behind the egret.
Thank you! There’s a bridge with a railing above that pond and that’s what is reflected in the water waves. I really like the effect!
Beautiful ones. I think I like the caterpiller best, but then there is the seagull …. Thanks for playing!
Thank you! I think this number challenge is going to get harder as it goes on… We’ll see!
