Here are a couple of colorful pansies to start with. Both pansy blooms were watered before I took these photos so you can still see a lot of water droplets on the petals.

This last flower is a gladiolus bloom reaching the end of its life. I chose a back-lit angle to capture the beautiful orange color through the sun light.

I hope these few flowers bring some color to your cold wintery day.
I love pansies !:)
Have a nice day!
Glad you like them. Thanks for stopping by.
Beautiful pansies. Our pansies in Oregon where I live are so wimpy. We don’t get enough sunshine. I got my calendar thanks so much…beautiful!
We get plenty of sunshine here but the pansies don’t like the summer heat so much. Glad to hear the calendar made it your way OK.
Thanks for the pretty flowers today, I needed to see something colorful!
You’re welcome. I figure there’s a lot of gray and white for many people to look at right now, and not much color.
Wow, that white and purple pansy is really eye-catching. I like the way the purple bleeds into the white.
Isn’t it great how nature works? It’s very good at putting the right colors next to each other.
The water droplets are so refreshing and add great texture to the flowers. All three shots are beautiful.
Thank you very much for stopping by and taking the time to comment.
Thanks for the color today… it helps me remember that there is a spring to look forward to.
Haha, well, it looks like spring (or summer) something in this world!
Lovely Milka – especially like the lighting on the third photo – well done!
Thank you! The sun light can be in the wrong place sometimes, but once in a while it works out OK.
Stunning 🙂
Thank you, Jake!
