Sunday Post: Mother’s Day

Today I’m participating in Jakesprinter’s Sunday Post photo challenge. This week’s theme is Mother’s Day!

If you’re a mom, I wish you a very happy Mother’s Day. For this post, I’ll feature something a little different – several of the many mother’s day cards and gifts my kids have given me this past week.

My eldest drew this Mother’s Day card early in the week. He knows for sure that my favorite colors are purple and pink and that I enjoy nature a lot!

This is what was inside. I’m not sure which one I like best.

My youngest also created many love notes this week. Here are just a few. Can you feel the love?

And here’s his cute present he made at school. It’s a piece of fabric to hang on the wall. Cute!

My eldest created a “mom book” at school, listing what he likes about me and why he loves me. He’s the front cover for the book. It really looks like me! You’ll notice I don’t have a nose. It’s because the teacher told the kids not to draw one, otherwise the nose could be really ugly. How considerate of her!
