Today I’m participating in Where’s My Backpack’s Travel Theme photo challenge. This week’s theme is “pink”, which is one of my favorite colors, and the bolder, the better, especially when it comes to photographing it. I love the many different shades of pink that Mother Nature has come up with, such as on this beautiful rose,
and this water lily,
to this bold snapdragon flower.
I also like coral pink, when you add a touch of orange, as beautifully displayed in this poppy flower.
Mother Nature can display several shades of pink right next to each other, for example in these lovely cherry blossoms,
or these manuka flowers.
Of course, pink doesn’t only occur among flowers in nature. If you’re lucky, you can witness it in the sky, whether it is a pink sunrise,
or a pink sunset.
